Immersion Experience
Program Cost is $1000/ month
Our Immersion Experience provides a unique opportunity for participants to gain valuable community outreach experience. Through this program, participants have the chance to engage with various community organizations, churches, and individuals to make a positive impact and create meaningful connections. Participants will develop essential skills in communication, teamwork, event planning, and project management while working on community outreach initiatives while building a stronger and more connected community.

The program offers a 3 month and 10 month option. All participants are required to start with the 3 month program and extend to the 10 month program if accepted.
The Immersion Experience is an unpaid training experience for future leaders in ministry, social services, nonprofit management, etc. Accordingly, as a participant in the Immersion Experience, you will not be an employee of Dream Center Esperanza, will not be paid any wages, and will not be entitled to any of the employee benefits available to Dream Center Esperanza’s employees.
The financial obligation for The Immersion Experience includes a monthly program fee of $1000 per month. The 3 month program MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ARRIVAL ($3000). Month to month payment of fee is approved after the completion of the 3 month program for the duration of the 10 month program.
Program fee includes room and board, food, group transportation, wifi in residents/campus, and monthly outings.
Not included in monthly cost in not limited to the following: Personal shopping, bedding, hygiene/ beauty products, insurance of any kind, or airfare to/from Puerto Rico.
Participants will reside in an apartment with the same sex and share a room with up to 3 other participants.
